Preparation instructions
Step 1: Boil 1 teaspoon in half a liter of water for 10 minutes.
Step 2: After 10 minutes, turn off the stove and let the preparation rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Divide the half liter into 2 parts and take one part on an empty stomach and the other part after the main meal.
